Meet Our Area Sales Manager
We like to think that people do business with people and so we would like our customers to know who they are dealing with and thus to meet our Area Sales Manager at BS Stainless Ltd.
Peter Dransfield has been part of our BS Stainless Ltd team since October 2011 and since then he has been successful in developing new business by drawing on his existing experience with working in this industry.
Working as our Area Sales Manager, Peter has worked within the stainless steel industry since leaving school in 1970 and after spending a short time working for a the Confectionary Business, Trebor in the 1980’s he then came back to work in the Stainless Steel industry.
For ten years Peter worked for Billing Stainless before arriving here with us where his wealth of experience and vast knowledge has proved an invaluable asset to the company.
Peter is married and has two daughters one who is a primary school teacher and the other is an Equine Vet in York. Recently Peter was extremely proud when he became a granddad to a little boy! When he is not in work there is nothing he loves more than mountain biking and fell walking. You can see in the pictures opposite Peter with his wife and Peter with his two daughters.
He describes himself as an old Mod and thus he has the Parka and 1963 Lambretta as his proof! When he has the time he likes to go to scooter rallies! He is quite a character and for BS Stainless he hopes that he can bring in more customers and build up their confidence.
It’s great to have Peter onboard and for our customers to be able to know who they are dealing with! We are not a faceless company but rather we are proud of our employees and the knowledge and expertise which they bring to our customers.
