BS Stainless now offers threaded bar — also known as studding, allthread, resin anchors, threaded rod or cut studs — precision-cut to length on our new in-house processing line.
We supply to customers across the UK and Europe in a range of materials, diameters and finishes, with fast turnaround and custom cut-to-size options.

What is Threaded Bar?

Threaded bar is a metal bar fully threaded along its entire length with no head, designed for fastening, joining or anchoring materials. It can be used on its own or with nuts and washers at either end to secure assemblies such as frames, supports, or fixings into concrete or steel.

Threaded rod is also commonly used as part of chemical or resin anchor systems, where the bar is set into a drilled hole using resin for a strong, permanent bond.

Cut-to-Length Threaded Studs from BS Stainless

Our new in-house cutting facility allows us to supply threaded bar cut to exact customer requirements — from short studs to full 1 metre or 3 metre lengths.
Every cut piece is chamfered (deburred) for clean edges and easy nut fitting.

We also offer different end finishes to suit application needs:

• Straight 90° cut – ideal for general fastening with nuts and washers.

• 45° angle cut – often preferred for use with resin or chemical anchors.

• Chisel point (dual 45° cuts) – for use with glass resin capsules, designed to break the capsule and release resin during installation.
