Wire 2024: The Countdown Begins!

Thousands of industry professionals, including delegates from BS Stainless, are excitedly preparing to attend Wire 2024 in Düsseldorf this April. The leading trade fair has taken place every two years since the first event back in 1986, providing a unique platform for a wide and diverse range of key players and decision-makers to come together and share vital news and information related to all of the many elements that comprise of the global wire industry.

The Wire trade fair and exhibition is now part of the Metalflow Alliance, an organisation that comprises over 30 such events connected with the metal and flow technologies sector. The Metalflow Alliance now numbers in excess of 9,800 exhibitors and its trade fairs have welcomed more than 338,000 visitors. 

Each Wire event is larger and more popular than the one that preceded it and Wire 2024 is set to host a record-breaking 1,200 exhibitors spread across a massive exhibition space with an area of more than 60,000m². Over five days from Monday the 15th of April to Friday the 19th of April inclusive, visitors will be able to attend numerous keynote speeches and presentations as well as being given the opportunity to network and create new partnerships that will drive the wire industry forward into the future. 

As we have done many times in the past, BS Stainless will be sending a team of delegates to attend Wire 2024. With the introduction of our unique ECOTEGRITY project and our recent ISO 14004 certification, the BS Stainless team are particularly looking forward to attending the Destination Green and H2 Summit events at Wire 2024. As part of Messe Düsseldorf's new ecoMetals initiative, which is described as 'a forum for the drivers of environmentally friendly products, productions and processes', these events will showcase new developments and ideas in sustainability, environmental awareness and green transformation within the wire industry.
