Happy New Year! Have you made any resolutions? The BS Stainless team have made not one but FIVE New Year's resolutions and all of them involve building, enhancing and improving our service as we move into 2019. And, we absolutely promise to stick to them! BS Stainless will focus on five key aspects of our business...

1. Reputation. In fact, we've been sticking to the same five fundamental principles since BS Stainless was established, over two decades ago. Our working relationships with our customers, many of whom have returned to us for well over 15 years, are built on trust, which we have steadily earned in our years of reliable, consistent service to the stainless steel markets.
2. Stock. We hate lead times as much as you do and so we keep them as short as possible by combining our efficient working practice with a robust level of stock at our purpose-built premises. If we don't stock it then we have the contacts and the know-how to manufacture or source it.
3. Knowledge. The technical world of stainless steel and related materials is a highly-active, quickly-changing one. To ensure our team are always fully up-to-date with these crucial developments, they regularly attend seminars, debates, presentations and training sessions at various trade fairs and technical events around the world. The knowledge and experience they gain directly benefits our customers.
4. Flexibility. Every company and every project will have different specific requirements, whether it's restricted access, difficult delivery times or bespoke requirements for components in a variety of metal grades, sizes and finishes. BS Stainless take a can-do approach, working around your needs to the very best of our ability and delivering convenience as standard.
5. Variety. As stainless steel is such a widely-used metal across the scope of industry, BS Stainless supply products to a large and diverse customer base.
