We can supply stainless steel sheets that are corrugated / profiled. The standard width is 840mm width a 3" (76mm pitch) and an approximate 18mm depth from the top curve at the highest point to the lowest point. Standard grades supplied are 304 (1.4301) and 316 (1.4404). We can produce other widths when required and the lengths are flexible to suit the application.

We can also offer other profiles to order including box / trapezoidal profiles in a range of materials Aluminium plain and stucco, stainless steel. We can look at special profiles and finishes including painted (PVDF), bright finish or Tedlar® coated.

Corrugated material is used for a wide range of industries including oil and gas storage tanks for wind deflection, underground stations and over ground platform roofing, architectural applications, piping and ducting, filtration, animal shelters, bus shelters and metal jacketing for LNG and FLNG.

Our stainless steel 316 corrugated / profiled cladding is used for cladding of accommodation modules for offshore platforms in the North Sea used by companies such as Conoco Philips. Also referred to as metal jacketing our stainless steel corrugated sheet can be supplied with a moisture barrier incorporating Surlyn® and polythene which is factory applied. We can also supply with a factory applied layer of mass loaded vinyl to be used as an acoustic barrier (Soundmet). Material is fixed using stainless steel rivets and stainless steel banding.
