Dates Announced for WIRE 2022

The WIRE 2020 trade fair, which was set to take place in March/April of last year was first postponed and then cancelled, another casualty of the COVID-19 pandemic. The BS Stainless team, who had already made advanced preparations for our showcase at the event, were obviously extremely disappointed at the news. It was therefore with great pleasure that we received the recent news that the next edition of the event is now scheduled and will take place from 9th-13th May 2022.

Globally renowned as 'the world's premier wire showcase', the WIRE trade fair is one of the most important events for BS Stainless, giving us the chance to showcase our products to a global audience. The event is also an unmatched opportunity for networking and sharing information, allowing us to improve and enhance the service we provide to our diverse network of clients around the world.

WIRE 2020 was set to be the biggest yet, with the number of visitor and exhibitor registrations higher than ever before: at least 75,000 visitors were expected and 1,200 exhibitors had already registered.

Düsseldorf, the location of the WIRE trade fair, is in the same region as Erkrath. This is where the BS Stainless Central European Offices are located and the WIRE event in 2022 will allow us to build closer professional links with our colleagues there.

Commenting on the announcement of the dates for WIRE 2022, the event's Project Director Daniel Ryfisch said: "We look forward to welcoming exhibitors and visitors to Düsseldorf in person again. Corona has shown that digitalisation brings many advantages. But it cannot replace personal meetings, conversations and contacts."
