We can offer a range of profiled or shaped wires both standard rectangles and more complicated customer specific shapes such as triangles, T section and more.

This is often cheaper than arranging special dies used for extrusions. It also can give you the option if required of taking the product on a coil or roll. This means much longer lengths and no joins or wastage.

Our shaped wires reduce machining, can be supplied in coil form or cut into straight lengths.  A wide range of grades can be supplied most commonly 6063 and6082 Alloys but others can also be produced.
