Metal Jacketing - North America

Aluminium roll jacketing - Aluminum with a moisture barrier manufactured from a co-extruded three-layer film 3 mils (76 µm) DryMet. This is factory bonded to the Aluminium on the underside to prevent corrosion from the underneath.

Standard thickness - .016” - .032” supplied in 36" wide rolls

Both smooth and embossed (Stucco)

Stainless Steel roll jacketing - Supplied in both T304 and T316 to ASTM A 240 with a factory bonded moisture barrier  (DryMet) also known as Polyfilm.

Standard thicknesses .016” .020” .024”. 032”

Tedlar®  (TedMet) laminated jacketing – This jacketing consists of Tedlar® PVF (Polyvinyl Fluoride) factory bonded to stainless steel or Aluminum. This film is extremely durable and wear resistant and dependent on colour selection can also offer high emissivity. Can be used in harsh environments giving much better surface protection, existing applications have been in use for over 35 years.

Our metal jacketing meet the  latest ASTM standards for aluminum jacketing ASTM C1729 and for stainless steel jacketing ASTM C1767.

TedMet can be supplied with a factory applied moisture barrier to the reverse (DryMet).

Standard sizes .016” - .032” x 36”

Standard colour is grey but can be produced in a range of colors see also TedMet Color
